Being able to build things, even if it's not a career, is a great gift to have. My hubby can't change a lightbulb but my son can build almost anything. He remodeled my kitchen recently.

Every worker & supervisor needs to be certified as having done an OSHA safety work with 60 days of employment at a construction site.
