If I could spend 200K on a a home, I don't think I'd go with the box for 180.<BR/><BR/>Some of the appeal here is the novelty of it. Not wild about indoor chain link fencing in the first video. <BR/><BR/>Most importantly, the guy in the first video said the cost of construction was $180/sq ft, compared to $200 for a conventional home.
