The good news or the bad news?
I like to start with the bad news myself: we were unable to close today on the acquisition of 511 N. Akard. That was a disappointment to us.
But, here is the good news: we received a two-week extension on our deal and we feel that we will be able to close two weeks from today!
I am learning the hard way that these deals are extremely complex.
I wanted to provide an update here because so many of you had asked and were concerned. Thanks for your support.
Hopefully, we will have more good news to share in a couple of weeks.
