I actually like it quite a lot and am amazed by the design. I think some people who sleep rough might be pleased to use it.
So many people I know who live in cardboard homes take pride in trying to keep them nice (in between sweeps by the City of Dallas, when they're taken to the landfill.)
The problem? There is not one single place that in the Dallas are, to my knowledge, where it could be LEGALLY PARKED OR LOCATED.
It seems like he's reinventing the wheel. We already have mobile homeless shelters: tents, shopping carts, vans, etc.
