Owen: Long pass, big gain!

Watching my grandchildren play, dance, sing and live in joy makes life pretty amazing!

Wyatt's no-hit inning!

Forgive me, but I have to post this video of Wyatt Toombs pitching his first no-hit inning. In all he pitched 1 and 2/3 innings and notched 5 big Ks!

Wyatt and the self-discovery that is a game!

My oldest grandson, Wyatt Toombs finds his greatest contentment in anything related to a ball or sports. Recently, a parent of one of his flag football teammates caught Wyatt in motion on the field. Watching Wyatt provides a real time primer in self-discovery. I love my grandchildren!

Owen swats it in comeback!

I love seeing my grandchildren enjoy themselves.

Check my short video below of Owen Frazer, my grandson, coming to bat with runners on base and two outs.  His team went ahead as the result of this comeback inning! Oh, and forgive/ignore my shouting encouragement in the background--I'm basically uncontrolable when it comes to my grandkids!

If you know me at all, you know I have to talk about my grandchildren long and often! Having four now turns out to be a real hoot, and on a regular, no, routine basis.

Baseball season is here and my oldest grandson, Wyatt, is playing hard and working hard at the game. Couldn't make myself not share these images and this short video.

Owen's first goal in his first soccer game

Owen Frazer is my grandson. He turns 4-years-old on May 7.

This morning he played in his first soccer game.

It was a blast!

Naturally, I had my camera along.

What you'll see in the clip here is Owen and his friends being little children.

You'll also see him score his first goal when he took the ball and dribbled to the goal. He is so laid back and kind. But he knew what to do with the ball when his chance came.

Forgive me, but I love it!

BTW--Owen wears #3 on his neon lime jersey!

This is for all of the proud and nutty grandparents out there who love nothing better than just watching, being with and loving their grandchildren.

Oh, and BTW, Wyatt wears number 7 on every team he's on. The "Mick" would be proud.
