7-Eleven has engaged us in a 7-year lease for space on the first floor of CityWalk @Akard!
The store is set to open around Labor Day 2010.
Jobs.
Retail options.
Service.
All right inside our building.
We're also working on a bakery, a credit union, and a large non-profit consortium creative center.

'Not too many convenience stores in downtown, period (at least that I'm aware of).
And a 7-year lease...excellent.
Congratulations on the 7-11. Now, you'll have to avoid the donuts on the way to the Y.
