During days of rest and inactivity, like today, my mind and heart grow clear and turn to my family. Sweet, sweet reality that keeps me going.
Can't find a way to resist sharing this recent photo of my little gang of "joy agents."

When our kids were little, and used to very sweetly ask for something, prefaced with a soft "Daddy,...", my wife would watch my face and, knowing I was about to say "yes," silently twist imaginary string around her little finger. It was undeniably true - they had (have?) me wrapped around those little fingers. I'm betting these three get that reaction not only from their parents, but from Grandpa and everyone else in the family as well.
