Deed restrictions and discrimination as "ethical"

And therein we can see a difference between ethics and morality. Without morality to guide your ethics, you end up with things like sex-selective abortion, deed restrictions, and negative eugenics.

Very interesting question, but I would have liked for him to have given some concrete examples. In Memphis there are neighborhoods that are begging for help in getting gangs out in order to maintain order and property values. I think they have the right to live in a peaceful environment.
