Should there be a Black History Month in the U.S.?
Some would answer "No."
Filmmaker Shukree Tilghman among them, sets out to end Black History Month with his film, More Than A Month. The film will be seen on PBS in February during Black History Month.

Larry, I so enjoyed getting to meet you last Friday, and I really appreciate your work. I remember when Morgan Freeman spoke out against traditional Black History Month, and I think he has a valid point. Black history is American history. In the school where my wife is a librarian they now call February Multi-cultural month, and anyone who is non-white is included.
